What is engaging research?
For participants, engaging research is relevant to their lives, asks pertinent questions, and demonstrates how their perspective will impact the client’s project. For clients, our approach translates project objectives into engaging formats and thoughtful questions to dig beneath the surface to get to the needs, desires, stories, and deeply held truths required to understand the current landscape and achieve desired outcomes.
